The purpose of this Notice is to advise the market of the Department of Corrections’ intention to release a RFP for the delivery of brief drink drive education/motivation programmes for first- or second-time drink driving offenders to prevent future drink driving offences. The programmes will be for offenders serving a community-based sentence (and targeted towards offenders on a community work sentence).
