Watercare Services LTD is undertaking an upgrade of the Interstage Pump Station 1 (IPS1) at the Mangere Wastewater Treatment Plant to accommodate the increasing volume of input resulting from factors such as ongoing population growth and the commissioning of the Central Interceptor.
IPS1 plays a vital role in the overall treatment process, and the current configuration of the pumps is no longer adequate to manage the incoming flow, nor is it capable of meeting anticipated future demands. This upgrade is essential to ensure the continued reliability and efficiency of wastewater treatment operations as capacity requirements evolve.
This RFP covers the procurement of the supply and maintenance of three new pumps. Installation and commissioning will be undertaken by others; however, supplier support may be required.
