This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to procure design services for the Army Bay WWTP Stage 1A - Liquid Stream Upgrade project. The primary objective of the Army Bay WWTP Stage 1A - Liquid Stream Upgrade is to increase the Wastewater Treatment Plant’s liquid stream treatment capacity to an ADWF of 22.5 MLD to relieve the current and imminent capacity constraints and meet the plant’s long‑term discharge consent conditions by December 2030.
The scope includes the delivery two treatment pathway designs in parallel:
- Base option: miGRATE™ + inDENSE®
- Backup option: ASR + MBR
The Request for Proposal (RFP) is for a design professional services only contract that is based on ACENZ CCCS.
