Watercare Services Limited (Watercare) has committed to renewing around 4.15km of small bore cast iron watermains within the Onehunga Water Supply Zone.
The cast iron watermains in the area of planned renewals are roughly 100 years old, having been installed between 1910 and 1935.
The works proposed within this contract will result in an improvement in both the flow hydraulics and water quality in the network, while also renewing the watermain asset.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued to organizations shortlisted through the earlier Registration of Interest (ROI) stage.
This RFP relates to the procurement of construction works (supply, install, test and pre-commissioning).
