Watercare is seeking a provider to deliver a competency framework that includes foundation, leadership and technical competencies, with defined proficiency levels, and to map these competencies to our job profiles. The work also includes mapping skills from Workday Skills Cloud to the same profiles and developing any missing role-specific competencies and industry-specific skills where required.

The provider will deliver a ready-to-configure solution, with minimal internal resource demands. The final outputs must be in a format Watercare can maintain internally and that will enable configuration of artefacts required by Workday for system configuration and data loading in order to operationalise the framework via the system.
