Watercare Services Limited (Watercare) has committed to renewing a portion of the Wairau Valley Branch Sewer (WVBS) consisting of investigations and rehabilitation. WVBS carries flows from Devonport, Wairau, Takapuna, and other Eastern catchments of the North Shore toward Rosedale Wastewater Treatment Plant. In addition to the pipeline rehabilitation, 600m of the WVBS requires CCTV investigations to supplement future transmission renewal works, further developing a resilient system to proactively identify assets requiring rehabilitation.

This Request For Proposal (RFP) is issued to organisations shortlisted through the earlier Registration of Interest (ROI) stage. This RFP relates to the procurement of construction works (supply, install, test and pre-commissioning) of transmission wastewater renewals and associated infrastructure.
