Watercare is seeking to engage a single delivery partner, supported by specialist subcontractors, under a design-and-build contract to upgrade the Raahui Pookeka, Ngaaruawaahia, Te Kauwhata, Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs) to a Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) process co-coupled to a Membrane Aerated Biofilm Reactor (MABR); and installing a new Southern MBR WWTP.
