UPDATED Advance Notice – North-West Maintenance Services 22/Oct/2025



Watercare Services Limited would like to thank all participants who provided valuable feedback following the Avance Notice regarding the upcoming North-West Maintenance Service RFP opportunity.

After considering the feedback received, Watercare has decided to adjust the tender timeframes to provide the market with appropriate preparation and mobilisation periods. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is now expected to be released to the market on Friday, 5 December 2025, with responses and proposals due by Friday, 27 February 2026. Watercare anticipates commencing the contract with the selected vendor on Thursday, 1 October 2026.

These revised dates aim to support an efficient and transparent process while allowing suppliers adequate time to prepare comprehensive and competitive proposals.
