Subject: Advance Notice – North-West Maintenance Services
Watercare Services Limited is planning to go to market for the provision of North-West Maintenance Services, supporting the ongoing operation and maintenance of Watercare’s assets in the North-West region.
This contract is expected to commence on 1 July 2026. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is scheduled to be released on 21 November 2025, with responses due by 16 January 2026.
This advance notice is being released to ensure potential participants have sufficient time and resources in place to prepare a comprehensive response. Watercare recognises the upcoming holiday season and has structured the RFP timeline to allow 26 working days for response preparation, excluding public holidays, with a blackout period from 19 December 2025 to 5 January 2026 during which Watercare will not be operating or available to respond to queries. This approach is intended to ensure all participants have sufficient time and flexibility to prepare their responses while also enjoying their holiday break.
