Watercare are seeking information from the market to identify suitable, readily available solutions for a real-time SCADA alarm notification system used by our operations staff.
The system should:
· Integrate with Watercare’s existing SCADA systems as a source of alarms;
· Notify operations staff of critical events via a range of notification channels and support the escalation of unacknowledged events;
· Enable categorisation and filtering of alarms to ensure the correct information is delivered to the right personnel;
· Include a calendar function to tailor notifications based on time of day and on-call rosters;
· Have proven use cases in similar environments.
