WDC is looking to form a panel of suppliers who can carry out refurbishments and refits to our pensioner housing stocks. Often little notice is given that such an opportunity has arisen, hence we have decided to have a panel of suppliers to provide a quicker response. The price band offered is only for 1 year at this point as a plan for subsequent years expenditure is currently being revised but is expected to exceed that sum.
Providers will be required to provide some building services and project manage our preferred suppliers in other trades (Plumbers, electricians etc)
