Whangarei District Council (Council) is going to the market for BWOF Management and Fire Systems Services .

Whangarei District Council (Council) owns approximately thirty buildings that require a Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF). Each building has a Compliance Schedule that outlines the specified systems installed and the required frequency of inspection, maintenance, and reporting. These inspections must be completed by Independently Qualified Persons (IQPs), with all reports reviewed and submitted to the Territorial Authority to maintain ongoing BWOF compliance.
