Whangarei District Council are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake the project involves the construction of a renewed timber seawall at Albany Road, One Tree Point, including the demolition and removal of the existing deteriorated timber seawall. The works also include the construction of one set of timber access stairs and the installation of interpretive cultural and historical signage. In addition, the scope comprises all associated site and temporary works, reinstatement of affected areas, and the implementation of contractor traffic management, environmental controls, and comprehensive health and safety measures.
