Whangarei District Council are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the Northland Events Centre (Semenoff Stadium) Roof Replacement Project. 

The project involves the demolition and removal of the existing roof and supporting steel structure, followed by the construction of a new mono-pitch roof over the main grandstand. Associated works include HVAC upgrades, internal finishes, fire and electrical system modifications, and reinstatement of existing AV and lighting systems.
