Overview
Whangarei District Council (Council) is going to the market for:
Archive appraisal services to review, catalogue and dispose of records according to Council policy, the Public Records Act, and the ALGIM Information Management Toolkit.
The process will be a two-staged open market process:
Registration of Interest (ROI)
Request for Proposal (RFP)
This ROI is the first formal step in the process and is intended to be of minimal effort for respondents and allow the Council to create a short list of suppliers to invite to enter the RFP process.
Due to possible Covid restrictions virtual interviews will be held where applicable.
The records are currently held off site. A site visit will be arranged during the RFP process.
