Whangarei District Council (Council) are reviewing the provision of the following security and related services:

 alarm monitoring & responses
 manned services
 cash in transit and related services

This Request for Proposal (RFP) will be the formal phase in this review.

Suppliers are invited to respond to any or all of these related services.

At the end of the RFP stage Council will select a preferred supplier to enter into detailed discussion with in regards to:

 roles and responsibilities
 service levels and key performance indicators
 pricing matrix
 contract.
