Advance Notice of Procurement:

From April 2020 we will be looking to procure a Main Contractor who will have the relevant experience to deliver the Waitematā District Health Board’s (DHB) Tōtara Haumaru. This is a 17,000m2 GFA, 4 storey building accommodating a surgical suite, endoscopy suite, and up to 150 beds, at our North Shore Hospital campus.

We are currently in the Preliminary Design phase of the programme and plan to commence a staged procurement process.

We are looking for Main Contractors with proven expertise in the construction of large scale Health Facilities. The ability to work collaboratively and positively with our design consultants and the client team, and to model and champion the required behaviours to make the project successful, is of critical importance to us.

See attached notice for further details.
