This Registration of Interest (ROI) is for Main Contractors with the appropriate experience and capability to deliver the new Tōtara Haumaru Building at North Shore Hospital.
This ROI is the first phase in a two-stage process, the second phase being the Request for Proposal (RFP) phase.
From the ROIs submitted, Waitematā District Health Board (DHB) intends to select a shortlist of respondents to proceed to the RFP stage. Waitematā DHB intends to make this selection based on the evaluation criteria listed in this ROI. The number of shortlisted Respondents is expected to be from three to five notwithstanding Waitematā DHB shortlisting more or less respondents at their sole discretion.
