Overview

This Advanced Notice is to advise that Wellington City Council will be releasing an RFP (Request for Proposal) for FIFA Lighting Installation for Newtown Park and Martin Luckie Park in the week of 1 - 5 August 2022. Whilst documentation is being finalised, we are working to tight timeframes and as such need to hold site visits early next week.

We intend to hold two site visits on the following dates:

1. Afternoon of 9 August 2022
2. Afternoon of 10 August 2022

Respondents may request a site visit to the existing site as required to allow confirmation of information within their proposal. We will confirm the timing of the site visits with registered participants.

All site visits will be accompanied by Council staff and must be pre-arranged through the RFP Point of Contact: WCCProcurementTender@wcc.govt.nz – referring to the reference number: 2022-066

If you intend to participate in a Site Visit, you must register your intention prior to 12 pm Monday 8 August.
