Overview

Wellington City Council has committed to providing two training venues for International representative teams during the Women’s World Cup 2023.

A key part of this commitment is the installation of Floodlights at the fields of both Martin Luckie Park and Newtown Park.

The Council is seeking to identify one Contractor who will project manage and complete the installation of floodlighting at two parks: Newtown Park and Martin Luckie Park.

To be successful, you will have a history of successfully delivering similar projects and you will be required to provide references that can verify this.

You will be required to demonstrate that you can effectively manage and complete the installations at both sites to the standards required by the Council.

You be required to outline your approach to:
• Project Planning.
• Ensuring the quality of workmanship.
• Monitoring Progress and adjusting plans where necessary and/or appropriate.
• Alignment to the technical specifications and requirements provided.
• Communication and collaboration with the Council and other stakeholders involved in the delivery of the project.
• Ensuring that the installation is completed by 31 March 2023.
