Please be advised we have reviewed the Responses submitted to the 25-1033 TECT Park Accommodation contract opportunity (GETS RFx ID 31751152) that closed on Monday 23 June 2025 at 5:00pm.
We wish to make several updates to the previously issued RFQ and re-issue it to the market for a further two weeks.
Updates / clarifications:
• Relevant experience has been removed as a pre-condition.
• Location within 100km of TECT Park is retained as a pre-condition.
• Relevant experience is retained as part of the evaluation criteria.
• Responses scoring 3 or less on any of the evaluation criteria will be excluded from further evaluation.
The Request for Quote and Response Form documents attached have been updated to reflect these changes and now include the questions and answers from the original GETS listing.
Respondents to the previous GETS listing have the choice of re-submitting a new Response.
Please note, in submitting your Response, you should:
• take care to provide adequate information to inform our evaluation process.
• note the solvency letter must be authored by a Chartered Accountant specifically, and the fact they're Chartered clearly stated in their signature block or letterhead. No other letters, regardless of the author, nor guarantees will be accepted under this pre-condition.
• be sure to complete and sign the declaration section.
The successful solution will be a turn-key residential dwelling of approximately 120m2 to be constructed off-site and relocated to TECT Park on the site identified. In addition, we require the provision of a detached garage/workshop of approximately 100m2 to be co-located with the new build. The garage/workshop may be procured from a third-party supplier but project managing the entire build is the responsibility of the principal supplier. Additionally, provision should be made for a 5kw solar power system to provide emergency back-up power to the house in the event of a power outage.
