The works will be delivered under a single Electrical &amp; Automation contract with strict constraints on plant and communications downtime.<br><br>Western Bay does not wish to consider works outside the Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation upgrade scope. This includes civil, structural, or Stage 2 works such as additional treated water storage and replacement of the booster pumps.
