Western Bay of Plenty District Council, on behalf of Quayside Properties Limited (QPL), invites bidders to submit their tender response to RFT Rangiuru Interchange (as per Attachment) via the eTenderbox as per these instructions in GETS. Tenders will not be accepted via any alternative method.

Programme:
The Rangiuru Business Park (RBP) is a proposed 148Ha industrial area located near the end of Tauranga Eastern Link. Quayside Properties Ltd (QPL) is leading the development of the RBP and installing the majority of the infrastructure required for title, which includes the interchange onto the Tauranga Eastern Link. The RBP is the largest consented greenfield industrial zone in the Bay of Plenty and will provide significant employment land for Tauranga and the Western Bay of Plenty.
The Rangiuru Interchange will be the primary access to the RBP. It will be located at Ch 23,100 on Tauranga Eastern Link, about 500m east of the existing toll gantry and 2.5km northwest of the Paengaroa Roundabout.

This Contract is for the construction of a full diamond interchange on the existing Tauranga Eastern Link. The project includes the construction of a bridge, earthworks in the order of 150,000 cubic metres (inclusive of stormwater swales) and extension of existing culverts.

Western Bay of Plenty District Council is responsible for receipt of tenders and the opening process for tenders received by the tender deadline. Received tenders will then be passed to QPL's TET for evaluation as per details provided in the RFT.
