Overview
Western Bay of Plenty District Council (Western Bay) wishes to procure an upgrade of the existing rural Ōmokoroa Road to an urbanised standard, complete with kerbing and drainage from Western Avenue/Parkland Drive roundabout to Tralee Street/Margaret Place roundabout approximately 1250m long.
The contract is expected to be completed over an 18-month period with the contractor being given the flexibility to plan and manage the key aspects of the contract activities during the winter months as practically as can be achieved.
