Overview
Western Bay of Plenty District Council (Western Bay) wishes to procure preliminary design, consents and detailed design for an emergency storage pond at the Katikati Wastewater Treatment Plant (KKWWTP).
We aim to improve the operational and treatment outcomes of the KKWWTP and ensure that the plant is catering for future growth and stressors such as climate change.
