Western Bay of Plenty District Council (Western Bay) wishes to procure investigation and design of stormwater upgrades to existing network in Vivian Drive and Ruamoana Place in Ōmokoroa.
We wish to investigate the Vivian Drive and Ruamoana Place sub-catchment in further detail, understand the key limitations in the network, and find affordable mitigation options to the flooding risk.
Respondents must meet the following pre-condition:
The Respondent has evidenced they have completed:
• at least three projects on time and within budget in the past three years
• involving similar stormwater infrastructure upgrade investigations and design
• with at least one of the projects completed in the Bay of Plenty region.
