Overview
This contract is a water main replacement contract in WBOPDC’s Eastern Zone (ESZ) at Maketu.
The Work Includes:
The Supply and installation of approximately 490 Metres of 180 OD, PE100, PN12.5. Polyethylene Pipe.
Method of installation is via directional drilling.
The Affected Roads are Arawa Avenue, Rauparoa Road, Williams Crescent and Town Point Road.
The contract also requires a section of water main to be open trenched along Williams Crescent from property No 15 to 31 due to its archaeological significance.
Also testing, disinfecting, commissioning and connecting to the existing network.
