Description of Contract
The works include;
This contract is a water main contract in two locations within WBOPDC’s Eastern Zone (ESZ) at Te Puke on No 2 Road and at Paengaroa on Lemon road / SH 33. The contract involves the installation of a rising water main 125 OD, PE 100, PN 12.5, 2400 metres long. The new main is to be installed along the western side of No 2 Road starting at the existing timber tank at property No 820 and finishing at the existing break pressure tanks opposite property No 1032, including chlorinating and testing.
Paengaroa: This portion of the contract is to install approximately 230 metres of 125 OD, PE 100, PN 12.5. The new water mains to be installed via directional drilling under Wilson Road , SH 33 and along Lemon Road, connecting to the existing 200 PVC and the 63 OD water mains, PE testing chlorinating and connecting at both ends.
