CONTRACT 26/66 Stormwater Treatment Devices Servicing

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified contractors for the above contract.

This Contract is for inspections and servicing of proprietary stormwater treatment devices (filters) at scheduled intervals throughout the Waimakariri District.

The main tasks involved in this Contract are:

• Programming of device inspections and servicing
• Installing traffic management
• Confined space entry
• Inspecting devices to evaluate treatment performance
• Servicing devices to return them to optimum operation including: installation of pipeline bungs/bags
• pipeline de-watering
• wet-well cleaning (water-blasting inside of chambers)
• flushing inlets and outlets
• removal & installation of cartridges for cleaning and/or replacing
• Disposal of waste to consented disposal facility
• Monthly reporting to the Engineer/Project Manager
