Overview

This is an invitation to suitably qualified suppliers to submit a Registration for the Integrated Workplace Management System project contract opportunity.
An Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) project has been established to enable the University of Otago Property Services Division (PSD) to mature its overarching asset management processes and functions addressing the strategic, operational, and tactical needs across the University’s management and academic domains.

This ROI is the second step in a multi-step procurement process. An RFI (Request for Information) was completed in September 2020. Following the ROI evaluation up to five (5) shortlisted Respondent/s (round one) will be invited to demonstrate their solution offering to the University. Following that process and evaluation, the shortlist will be further reduced to a maximum of three (3) shortlisted Respondent/s (round two).

Subject to the IWMS project securing endorsement and funding to proceed to final step Request for Tender (RFT) procurement, the round two shortlisted respondents will be invited to a day-long implementation design workshop with key University stakeholders prior to being invited to submit a full proposal in response to a RFT, which will include further PSD workshops for user experience engagement. This document deals only the ROI process.
