The University’s primary aim in issuing this RFP is to establish an agreement with a successful tenderer (s) for the provision of cleaning services for its accommodation buildings. These relate to the supply of cleaning services for two specific Accommodation building clusters (Zone 1 – O’Rorke Hall, University Hall Waipārūrū HallUni Lodges Zone 2 – Carlaw Park Student Village, Stuart McCutcheon House, Grafton Hall, The Lodge ), and services related to three specific cleaning work streams ‘the Common Area Clean’ and the ‘Residence Clean’ and ‘Other Cleaning Services’
Site visits during the period the RFP is set out in DOC A and DOC H, there is no flexibility in these dates or times.
