Overview
Property Services is the University division responsible for estate management and is seeking a contractor management application to assist managing facilities maintenance and project works. The existing applications available for Property Services Contractor Permitting, Document Management and H&S Tracking/Auditing systems have been developed on an old platform that is no longer supported by the vendor. A new solution is sought that can integrate and grow with Property Services contractor management practices.
