Overview
Mass spectrometry (MS) is a key tool for the researchers in Wine Science as it allows for fast, accurate and sensitive detection of metabolites in grape, wine and vineyard/winery environmental samples.
The University of Auckland's Wine Science department within the Faculty of Science is seeking to purchase a gas chromatography triple quadrupole mass spectrometer (GC-QQQ).
