The University continues to invest significantly in the construction and reconfiguration of teaching, research, student study & collaboration and office space. That investment is driven by growth in student and staff numbers, the level of research, but also by changes in the way space is used through increased use of blended teaching, use of BYOD by students and a range of digital technology initiatives including Computer based Exams and FlexIT which is an online service that gives staff and students access to virtualised software applications from any device at any time.
This RFI aims to identify single or multiple vendors who have full capability, capacity, and a sound track record of providing a resource scheduling application that makes finding and reserving space and services more efficient for staff and students. This will also help to understand how to better manage existing workspaces.
