The University receives project drawings and documents handed over during project implementation stages which require to be indexed, numbered and labelled according to the University conventions, and subsequently uploaded into the document management systems like DvTDM.
This process is managed by an outsourced service provider for the University.
The University’s long term plan will see an inflow of a significant volume of drawings and documents that have to be processed accordingly. It is expected that the current setup will not be able to cope with this increased volume.
As such, the University is keen to establish agreements with a service provider, or a panel of service providers to manage the increased inflow of project drawings and documents efficiently.
