Tararua District Council (TDC) is looking to introduce a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to provide a single source of truth for all employee and position data.

TDC is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier who:

• Can successfully implement an HRIS Solution for a Local Government Organisation.
• Can implement core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, performance management and development and people analytics.
• Has proven capability to configure self-service functionality.
• Have strong knowledge of privacy controls.
• Have the ability to migrate existing data and files across to new solution.

This RFP is the first stage of a two-stage procurement process. Suppliers shortlisted through this first stage will be invited to participate in the second stage of the procurement process, which will include a demonstration of their proposed solution.
