Tararua District Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced civil works main contractors for the design and construction of three new treated water reservoirs at Dannevirke and Woodville.
Following on from the previous EOI - Expression of Interest stage, shortlisted contractors are now invited to review the documents and make preparations for their RFP submission and presentation.
From there, after evaluations one (1) contractor will be selected to engage for the design stage with their nominated design services provider, with a view to adopt an IPENZ agreement. This design will be novated into a 3916 contract for the construction at that stage.
NOTE - Please find attached the requested documents, the second tranche of documents will be the RFP later this week. There will also be a follow up on the Q&A and clarifications from the site visit coming shortly.
