Tararua District Council (TDC) is seeking information from suppliers on modern ERP technologies and solution configurations suitable for a small-to-medium New Zealand local authority, supporting approximately 200 users across multiple integrated business systems.

This RFI aims to gather information on available ERP solutions, implementation models, indicative costs, and alignment with TDC’s operational needs. The information provided will inform the development of a future procurement strategy, ensure an appropriate budget allocation, and assist in determining the best path forward for Council’s digital transformation.
