The Tararua District Council (in collaboration with the Bush Aquatic Trust) is now seeking comprehensive proposals from main contractors who can demonstrate a strong alignment to the project’s goals, and who have the capability, capacity and collaborative approach to successfully deliver a complex aquatic centre.

Tararua District Council (TDC) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced main contractor who:

• Can provide a robust project methodology including programme management, sub-contractor engagement, risk mitigation and quality assurance.
• Can provide a demonstrated commitment to collaboration, stakeholder engagement and transparent communication throughput the project life cycle.
• Provide clear strategies to deliver value for money, while focussed on safety, sustainability and the benefits to the wider community.
