Tararua District Council (TDC) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to deliver an executive search service to assist with the search and selection of a new Chief Executive Officer.
We are keen to hear from responders who:
• Can outline a robust approach to complete our Chief Executive recruitment.
• Have a proven track record in the successful recruitment of Executive Leaders in the New Zealand public sector.
• Have established company practices to achieve broader outcomes.
• Understand the unique risks and challenges associated with recruitment to local government in a rural district.
• Has capacity to start immediately.
This is a unique opportunity supporting Tararua District Council in the recruitment of its next Chief Executive, you will play a key role in shaping the future leadership and strategic direction of the district.
