Tararua District Council (TDC) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced ICT vendor to provide a telecommunications and contact centre solution.
We are seeking a telecommunications and contact centre solution that is easy to implement and has lower overall operational costs. Requirements range from call management solutions, reporting, analytics, integrations, security and compliance. The current environment using our NEC PABX will no longer be supported from 2025. A replacement system will take advantage of modern technology and enhanced functionlity to support better workplace efficiency.
Vendors are asked to respond to the RFP demonstrating their track record and experience in similiar scale projects detailing:
> A proposed team or contract manager leading the project delivery.
> A proposed methodoly and solution with key miles, dates and timeframes through to implementation.
> A detailed approach to risk mitigation and management.
> Case studies and relevant references for similiar scaled and scoped projects.
> A pricing structure for the implementation of the services, and all key milestones with hourly and daily rates for all staff resourcing the project based on job level, qualifications and years experience.
Note - TDC is also requesting that proposed rates are aligned with any relevant offerings from All of Government (AOG) or DIA Marketplace.
