Tararua District Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced vendor to deliver the outcomes and milestones for the new Intranet Redevelopment Project.
Currently the Tararua District Council operates an outdated system called "Loki" running on an internal SharePoint 2013 server, that does not meet the evolving needs of our employees.
As part of our digital transformation strategy, we have developed a new intranet interface concept to enhance internal communications, collaboration and productivity. The transition to the new intranet will integrate seamlessly with our current IT infrastructure and support remote and hybrid work environments. The successful vendor will -
> Deliver the outcomes and milestones, from planning & discovery, through to post-launch support and maintenance.
> Deliver on the technical requirements.
> Provide a comprehensive work programme, dates, timeline and methodology.
> Provide a document migration strategy.
> Provide a clear risk mitigation & management strategy.
The proposed go-live date is 20 June 2025. Vendors are requested to provide pricing on their own form of template - with a clear breakdown of costs with any relevant pricing assumptions for all stages and milestones. Vendors are to outline if their pricing is aligned to any relevant All of Government or DIA Marketplace pricing. Vendors are to apply hourly and daily rates for proposed team members based on their relevant job levels and years of experience.
