The recruitment and selection of Public Service Chief Executives is one of the most important responsibilities of the State Services Commissioner (the Commissioner). The appointment process is specified in the State Sector Act 1988 and, as a result, there is an element of specialisation in Public Service Chief Executive (CE) appointments.

The Commissioner for the State Services Commission (SSC) is seeking proposals from suitably experienced and qualified providers (Respondents) to form a Panel to provide Executive Search Services for the Recruitment of Public Service Chief Executives.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) sets out the SSC's detailed requirements for the services, together with the terms and conditions on which Respondents are invited to submit a response.

All questions are to be submitted all through the GETS site.
