This ROI is the first step in a multi-step procurement process. After evaluation, shortlisted Respondent/s will be invited to participate in a closed RFP process. This document deals only with the first step: i.e., the ROI process.

Acting as a prime contractor, the DIDP will:

• Work closely with the NDH Main Contractor(s), sub trades, Te Whatu Ora - Southern's digital team and furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) vendors to deliver a fully integrated digital environment.

As well as technical capability, the DIDP will have a proven ability to build and maintain contractual relationships and a track record of working collaboratively with other contracting parties and mana whenua.

The DIDP will have systems, processes and resources in place to manage a contract of this complexity – including, for example, health and safety, and experienced staff and/or subcontractors. Key members of their project team will have capacity and demonstrated capability to meet delivery timelines, and have a proven ability to provide innovative, cost-effective solutions.

Please Note:
We will hold an on-line supplier briefing session on 2pm, Wednesday 7 September. Please RSVP for this session by 5pm, Tuesday 6 September.
