Overview

Selwyn District Council intends to tender a physical works contract for a new single-lane roundabout at the intersection of Selwyn Road and Springston Rolleston Road, Rolleston. The project will improve safety and efficiency on a key commuter route between Rolleston and Lincoln.

Scope includes: earthworks and pavements, stormwater, stockwater race piping, utility coordination, shared paths and footpaths, traffic islands, signage and markings, landscaping with 24 months' maintenance, traffic management, and coordination of street lighting by Connetics.
