Selwyn District Council are looking to engage an experienced building contractor to undertake small scale upgrade works at Kirwee Reserve Sports Pavilion, including internal structural strengthening, accessibility improvements, including replacement of access ramps and to also manage the nominated subtrade required to undertake a fire system upgrade (FFP Canterbury Ltd).

Selwyn District Council will be submitting for building consent by the end of May, anticipating building consent approval early July, with a proposed commencement construction date of August 2026 and planned construction period of 8 weeks.

A site visit has been scheduled for Friday 5th June 2026, 10am-11am for representatives from each tenderer, SDC’s Project Manager will be in attendance.
