Selwyn District Council (SDC) is advising the market of upcoming procurement opportunities as part of the Rolleston Access Improvements programme, with contracts expected to be released to market in July 2026.
The upcoming procurement packages include:
C10090 – Wards Road / Jones Road / Two Chain Road Realignment, including associated KiwiRail level crossing upgrades
C10112 – Walkers Road / Two Chain Road Roundabout
These projects form part of a coordinated programme of transport upgrades to improve safety, support industrial growth, and enable efficient freight and commuter movement within the Rolleston area.
