On behalf of the Selwyn District Council wish to inform suppliers that an Open Tender will be made December 9, 2025 for a Professional Services Contract. RFP is to provide 3 stages of project works for Two Chain Rd & Walkers Rd roundabout. The new designs works will be a for new heavy duty / mountable roundabout.
Stage 1: Detail design works - (construction ready) based on the conceptual design
Stage 2: Procurement Tender/Contract documentation and Tender evaluation Lead
Stage 3: Contract Management for Civil works QA/Engineer’s Representative
