Selwyn District Council (SDC) requires provision of outsourced facilities management (FM) services for our portfolio of council properties located across the Selwyn District of Canterbury. We want to partner with a specialist FM service provider that delivers both FM management services and facilities trade services using an efficient methodology that is consistent with good industry practice.

This opportunity provides FM service providers with a long-term contract with one of New Zealand’s fastest growing local councils. SDC wants to leverage the expertise of FM specialist organisations to achieve an effective FM solution for our Activity Owners and local constituents.
