The Contract Works are for the renewal of a playground at Ohinemutu Playground, 1 Arataua Street, Ohinemutu, Rotorua 3010 which are to be completed by Friday the 15th of August 2025.

The Play equipment is arriving in New Zealand around mid-June 2025.

The works comprise of the install of a new playground, furniture and landscaping.

The worksite is in a geothermal area, therefore RLC has had Blueline conduct a soil test, which has been included as part of this RFP. Extreme care should be taken when digging/auguring on this site.

The Contractor is responsible for all works detailed in the technical specification. Including the removal of the existing playground and playground edging and safety surface.

This tender has been awarded.
