This Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) is issued by Rotorua Lakes Council (RLC)

Rotorua Lakes Council (RLC) invites suitably qualified and resourced suppliers to provide a proposal for the provision of Security Services, Noise Control, Phone Answering and/or Event Personnel Services to the RLC.

The intention from this REOI is to have a group of suppliers for these services that we can then seek a later Request for Proposal (RFP) from and/or preferred suppliers that specific departments can work directly with to engage services.

RLC spends in excess of $1.5 million per annum on the services covered within this REOI. Given the wide scope of services, it is likely that multiple suppliers (both larger and smaller companies) will be awarded the work, although this doesn't preclude us from awarding to one contractor the whole scope.
